DONGFENG Chenglong H5 Cab Assembly

Description

This Chenglong H5 complete cab assembly is the full cabin body assembly for Dongfeng Liuzhou Chenglong H5 heavy-duty tractors and cargo trucks, mainly the high-roof double sleeper H53S version. It adopts the patented keel frame reinforced armor safety structure, using thick high-strength steel pipe framework combined with outer steel plates. In collision accidents, the rigid frame can effectively resist deformation and reserve survival space to protect drivers and passengers, greatly improving passive safety performance.

The cab adopts four-point full-floating mechanical suspension plus hydraulic tipping structure, effectively filtering continuous vibration generated by bumpy roads and long-distance transportation, reducing driver fatigue significantly. This full integrated assembly includes cab shell, ergonomic air suspension driver seat, multi-functional leather steering wheel, LCD instrument panel, semi-surrounding dashboard, complete interior trims, upper and lower double sleeper berths, electric windows, central locking, electric heating rearview mirror assembly, air conditioning unit, complete wiring harness and all control operating mechanisms.

The semi-enclosed human-centered dashboard arranges shift, lighting, air conditioning and auxiliary switches within the natural reach of drivers, supporting blind operation while driving. The interior is equipped with multi-position storage cabinets, sun visor, overhead storage compartment and noise reduction insulation materials, creating a quiet living space for long-haul drivers. All welding seams, mounting holes and assembly contact surfaces are precisely machined.
