DONGFENG Tianlong GX Cab Assembly

Description

This Tianlong GX complete cab assembly is the full cabin assembly for Dongfeng Tianlong GX flagship heavy-duty long-haul tractors. It adopts high-strength steel integral welding structure, greatly improving overall structural rigidity and collision safety to protect the driver and co-driver. The cab uses four-point full-floating air suspension mounting system with hydraulic tilting mechanism, which effectively absorbs road shocks and isolates vibration during long-distance transportation and rough road driving, lowering driver fatigue.

This fully pre-assembled cab integrates cab shell, premium ergonomic air suspension driver seat, multi-functional steering wheel, full LCD instrument cluster, semi-surrounding dashboard, complete interior trims, large upper and lower sleeper berths, power windows, central locking, electric rearview mirror assembly, air conditioning system, complete wiring harness and all control components. The semi-enclosed human-centered dashboard arranges cruise, lighting, air conditioning and auxiliary switches within the driver’s natural reach for convenient operation. The interior is fitted with multi-space storage cabinets, overhead storage compartments, sound insulation and thermal insulation materials to create a quiet and comfortable rest environment for long-haul drivers. All welding seams and mounting holes are precisely processed. Every finished cab undergoes water tightness test, vibration inspection and full appearance quality check before shipment. It is an integral replacement spare part for heavy truck cab overhaul.
