Description
This Dongfeng Tianlong KL D320 high roof cab assembly is the original full cabin body for Dongfeng Tianlong KL heavy-duty tractors and cargo trucks, featured with ultra-high structural strength, excellent airtight sealing and professional NVH mute design. Adopting high-strength steel cage body structure with optimized welding process, the cab owns outstanding impact resistance and structural rigidity, effectively protecting drivers and passengers during collision and complex road conditions, achieving superior driving safety.
Equipped with four-point full air suspension floating system and hydraulic tilting mechanism, it efficiently filters road vibration and bump shock, greatly improving driving smoothness for long-haul transportation. The upgraded door sealing structure, full-circle sealing strips and multi-layer sound insulation materials realize excellent dustproof, waterproof and windproof performance, effectively isolating external wind noise and road noise, keeping interior noise as low as 70dB at high speed and idle noise ≤45dB, creating an ultra-quiet driving and resting environment.
This complete pre-assembled cab adopts flat-floor design with super-large 11.67m³ interior space and 1111L storage capacity, matching high and low double sleeper layout to meet long-distance driving rest needs. It fully integrates multi-adjustable ergonomic air suspension driver seat (with ventilation and heating function), multi-functional leather steering wheel, combined instrument panel, semi-surrounding humanized dashboard, complete interior trims, electric windows, central locking, rearview mirror assembly and full vehicle wiring harness.
