Description
The FAW J7 cabin is the original high-end full-floating sleeper cab specially developed for FAW Jiefang J7 heavy-duty trucks. It adopts optimized aerodynamic streamline shape to cut down wind resistance and improve fuel economy during highway driving. The cab shell uses high-strength stamped steel plate and integrated welding technology, featuring strong structural rigidity and good crash resistance. It is fitted with four-point full air suspension system, which can effectively absorb road shocks and reduce cab jitter under complex road conditions to ease driver fatigue for long-haul transport. The interior applies ergonomic layout, equipped with wide sleeper, multi-position storage compartments and sound & heat insulation materials to create a quiet rest environment. It adopts electric cab flip structure for easy access to the engine for inspection and maintenance. Every finished cab passes fatigue test, sealing test and safety inspection before leaving factory, serving as original replacement assembly for J7 cab repair and vehicle renovation.
