WG9925522102 front axle leaf spring is a main elastic load-bearing component of Sinotruk Howo heavy truck front suspension system. It is assembled between the front axle and vehicle frame, bearing vertical load of cargo and curb weight of the truck, and absorbing impact and vibration generated by uneven road surface during driving. The leaf spring adopts high-quality spring steel plate, through hot rolling, quenching and tempering and shot peening strengthening treatment. It has high elastic limit, good toughness and excellent fatigue resistance, effectively mitigating road shocks and maintaining stable wheel grounding performance. Each leaf spring undergoes strict load deflection test, fatigue test and surface inspection before delivery to avoid fracture and permanent deformation under long-term heavy load and bumpy road conditions.
