VG14060135 Thermostat In Housing Three Nozzles 80°C is an integrated three-port thermostat assembly for Sinotruk HOWO A7 WD615 engine cooling system. Built‑in 80℃ temperature sensing element, it automatically switches the coolant circulation loop according to engine operating temperature. When the engine is cold, the thermostat remains closed for small circulation to help the engine quickly reach the optimal working temperature; after the temperature rises above 80℃, the valve opens to switch to large circulation for heat dissipation. Stuck thermostat will lead to slow warm‑up or engine overheating, which is a core spare part for cooling system maintenance.
