12JS Series Manual Transmission fits Sinotruk Howo, Shacman, Foton Auman, FAW, Beiben, CAMC, Dayun heavy duty trucks. It is a heavy-duty manual gearbox adopting mature double countershaft power split structure, with 12 forward gears and 2 reverse gears. The main and auxiliary box combined design provides strong load capacity, large low-gear ratio for excellent climbing performance, and small gear ratio difference to improve fuel economy. Equipped with full synchronizers, shifting operation is smooth and easy. The optional aluminum alloy housing reduces overall weight, and reinforced gear & tooth root treatment extends service life. It can be fitted with power take-off and retarder for tractor, tipper and engineering vehicles. Every transmission undergoes full bench test and leakage inspection before shipment. It serves as a reliable replacement assembly for damaged heavy truck gearboxes.
