AZ9112320030 and AZ9112320184 outer and inner oil seal ring set are sealing accessories for the gearbox output shaft of Sinotruk Howo heavy-duty trucks. This set includes outer oil seal and inner ring, installed at the gearbox output shaft end. It prevents gearbox lubricating oil from leaking outward, and stops external dust, muddy water, sand and other contaminants from entering into the gearbox housing. The oil seal adopts high-performance rubber composite material with strong resistance to oil corrosion, high temperature and aging. The inner ring is precision-machined alloy steel part, which provides smooth mating surface for the sealing lip, reduces wear of the oil seal lip during shaft rotation. Each oil seal assembly undergoes strict oil resistance, aging and leak tightness testing before delivery. It solves common faults such as gearbox output shaft oil leakage, and protects internal gears and bearings from contamination and abrasion damage.
